Leeds Mental Health Flow Rapid Improvement Programme

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is leading a piece of work to improve mental health patient experience, reduce out-of-area treatments and save £1.5 million for the local health system called the Leeds Mental Health Flow.

Triangle of Care

We are working closely with Carers Leeds to adopt an approach called the Triange of Care.

The Triangle of Care approach is something that was launched in 2011 by the Carers’ Trust (formerly The Princess Royal Trust for Carers) and the National Mental Health Development Unit.

West Yorkshire and Harrogate Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP)

Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs) are five-year plans covering all aspects of NHS spending in England. Our Trust is part of the West Yorkshire and Harrogate STP and the draft plan was published in November 2016.
