Meetings of the Board of Directors

Board meetings are held throughout the year at venues across Leeds and York.

The Board of Directors’ meetings take place 10 times over the calendar year. Starting at 9.30am on the last Thursday of the month (excluding May when it takes place earlier in the month) they are held at various venues across Leeds and York. Staff, governors and members of the public are invited to observe the public Board meeting and we invite staff and service users from across the Trust to present a ‘Sharing Stories’ session at the start of each meeting.

We publish the agenda, papers and minutes for each public Board meeting on our website. The minutes are published once the meeting has taken place. You can find the papers for our public meetings in the table below.

Details of upcoming public Board meetings can be found on our events page or you can download our 2019 Board meeting list.

Attending a public Board meeting

Members of staff, governors and members of the public are welcome to attend our public Board meetings. If you would like to ask a question these should be submitted in advance to:

  • Cath Hill (Associate Director for Corporate Governance) by emailing
  • Professor Sue Proctor (Chair of the Trust) by emailing

Please help the Trust in our initiative to be ‘paper light’. At our Board meetings we will provide copies of the public agenda but we will not have full printed packs of the Board papers available. If you intend to come to the meeting but are unable to access the papers electronically then please contact us at to request a printed copy of the pack and we will bring this for you to the meeting.
