Thank you for helping make our 2022 festival a huge success

Leeds Menopause and Wellbeing Festival 2022

Thank you to all our guest speakers, workshop facilitators, stall holders and support volunteers for helping to make our 2022 Menopause and Wellbeing festival a huge success. Over 350 people joined us on the day.

Each experience of the menopause will be different and the change in hormones can affect your physical, emotional and mental health.

Leeds Recovery College and LYPFT were proud to support their first Leeds Menopause Festival which was held on Saturday 9th April 2022 at Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre.

The festival brought together different organisations, groups, individuals and activities including a range of health and wellbeing stalls, guided talks, discussions and activities to try out, which all aimed to support conversations and better information about the menopause.

You can read more about the Festival and menopause support on a blog post by Head of Wellbeing, Alex Cowman.
