This page contains information for LYPFT staff on accessing Covid19 vaccinations, training and other staff-specific information. Page updated: Wednesday 23 June 2021
This page is specifically for staff. We have created another page which contains more general information including vaccine information leaflets and films, frequently asked questions and testimonies from people who’ve already received the vaccine.
Covid vaccination programme: latest updates
88% of staff have now received their first dose and around 82% their second dose which is amazing! Thanks to all involved!
If you are a manager or leader of a team or service and would like the vaccination team to set up a clinic in your place of work please let us know. This can be accommodated particularly where there are groups of staff who are struggling to get access in their working hours.
Appointment times at The Mount Annexe, Hyde Park Terrace, Leeds are booked between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Please don’t turn up at The Mount Annexe without a booked appointment. If you need to clarify your appointment, change it or just talk to someone about it, then please contact our booking team who will be happy to help.
You can contact them by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0113 85 58866.
