Wellness Recovery Action Plan® or WRAP is a plan that you develop for yourself and helps you think about living well. WRAP is used world-wide by people who are dealing with all kinds of health and life challenges. We run regular WRAP courses at the Recovery College, which aim to help you to; Wellness Recovery Action Plan® and WRAP was developed by Mary-Ellen Copeland, an author, educator and mental health advocate. In Leeds Recovery College our lead WRAP facilitators are accredited to deliver the course content in line with WRAP’s original values and ethics. On foot: Lovell Park hub is a approximately a 15 minute walk from Leeds city center (northbound). Walking up New Briggate, past Home Sense and Belgrave Music Hall. Crossing over the ring road following North Street, and walking with Lovell Park on your left hand side and passing Leeds College of Building on your right.
By bus: North Street bus stop: 7, 7a, 7s, from Infirmary Street 2, 3, 3a and New Briggate 12, 13, 13a.
Car parking: Lovell Park has a small number of permitted parking spaces, which cannot be guaranteed. Please inform us at booking, and arrive early if you intend to park.
