  • Age UK Community Hub (Leeds City Centre)

This course was designed with and for LGBTQIA+ people to:

Many things impact and shape our identity, our sense of self and how we slot into the world at times can feel unsteady.  Identity is our sense of who we are, our preferences, how we express ourselves, our likes and dislikes, experiences, opinions, values, and beliefs (and many other things, that are individual, and unique to us, too).  It can influence how we choose to present ourselves to the world and how we interact with the people and the environment around us.

In this course, delivered in partnership with Leeds Mind Peer Support, we’ll explore the many different aspects of our identity, and how it can relate to and link with our sense of mental wellbeing.
